Do you ship to all 50 states?

Yes. Our products are for aromatherapy purposes only, which is legal in all 50 states. You must be at least 18 or older to purchase, however some states may require you to be 21 to purchase aromatherapy products.

How fast is my order processed?

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days, Monday through Friday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Additional shipping charges for your order may be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our online store offers free and upgraded shipping options on all orders in the US.

USPS First Class – 3-7 Business days

USPS Priority Mail – 2-5 Business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Will I receive a tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost or missing after the shipping carrier has processed your shipment, you must contact the the shipping carrier directly to file a missing mail claim.

Damages

SliderShop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
