Return Policy

We accept returns on all UNUSED products. We 100% do not accept any returns on used products. Even if you only used it once and cleaned it, we cannot accept it back. There are no exceptions to this rule - it's against federal law!

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify customer service that you'd like to file a return within 7 DAYS of delivery. A rep will issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label, so all you have to do is hand the package to your mail person or drop it off at the nearest USPS location. 


Returns are subject to the following conditions: 

  1. 1. The product MUST be unused. 
  2. 2. You MUST have a valid RMA number. RMA's are valid for 15 days from the day they are issued.
  3. 3. Shipping, signature, and rush processing fees are non-refundable. 
  4. 4. Items returned due to customer preference will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  5. 5. Returns for store credit are NEVER charged a restocking fee. 
  6. 6. If you choose to use our pre-paid label, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund (usually $5-10).


In the event you receive a broken item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
